Synology’s portfolio of NAS, SAN, backup, and surveillance solutions have already been deployed millions of times around the world. While the bulk of B2C markets may be driven through marketing efforts, B2B is a whole different world, requiring the expertise and careful handling by Synology’s Sales Team. Building trust, reputation, and close working ties with local partners is a key ingredient to delivering results.

Job Description

As an expansion of our sales team, we are seeking individuals who possess an intricate understanding of B2B operations, complemented by a strong IT background. Your role will revolve around a comprehensive understanding of Synology's products and solutions, enterprise market development, managing customer relationships, and collaborating to devise a mutually beneficial sales ecosystem.

You will:
- Cultivate and manage relationships with business clients
- Visit channel partners to foster relationships
- Collaborate with partners by providing pre-sales support and consultation on customer needs
- Develop and execute regional growth strategies, accounting and order operations, and deliver timely updates that reflect these activities
- Organize and communicate customer feedback and market research/insights to product marketing and development teams


You are expected to have:
- 3 years of sales experience working with business/enterprise customers and/or channel partners
- Excellent business communication and presentation skills
- Professional proficiency in English
- A proactive approach with a team-oriented mindset
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering or business-related field
- Must be able to accommodate international travel for a minimum of 25% of the year

We're targeting candidates with:
- Experience or proficiency with IT equipment, such as servers, storage systems, and/or backup solutions
- Experience in public speaking
