採購部門是公司所不可缺少的一員,在群暉最主要的職責就是負責保障原物料的採購來源,確保供應商的品質與交期能夠符合生產需求,並製造出符合客戶期待的產品
Job Description
採購部門成員必須具備細心、數字敏感度與溝通協調能力;主要工作內容是依據客戶需求進行工單發包,從發包工單與入庫請款、庫存管理,到客戶訂單交期安排的完整作業流程;作為內部與外部代工廠溝通的橋樑,需要具備足夠的溝通能力與邏輯能力,除此之外也要能夠尋找新的代工廠並且管理代工廠。而 covid-19 讓全世界供應鏈面臨很大的挑戰,我們期待你有強大的心理素質能夠應戰。
你將協助我們:
- 生產管理 : 生產安排、開立工單、序號管理、客戶需求安排
- 庫存管理 : 維持庫存安全水位與庫存安排
- 代工廠管理 : 內部與代工廠溝通、實際到代工廠抽查與稽核、尋新代工廠
Requirements
我們期待你具備:
- 工管/企管相關科系畢業
- 一年以上生管或產品採購相關經驗,具備生產流程基礎認識 : SMT、DIP、組裝、測試、包裝
- 熟悉 Microsoft Office/SAP 或其他 MRP 系統,中打速度每分鐘 60 字以上
- 小客車駕駛執照
- 主動積極、細心負責,具溝通協調能力與抗壓性,能在壓力下彈性調整工作內容
