Job Description

We are looking for an Executive Assistant who is detail-oriented, has excellent time management skills, a positive attitude, and can handle multiple tasks while working independently. The ideal candidate can work in a fast-paced environment, cross-coordinate with different departments, and reach out to clients, visitors, and other companies.

You will:
- Assist in scheduling daily appointments, meetings, and other engagements for the chairman
- Handle highly confidential and sensitive business information with discretion and tact
- Actively reach out to new business clients via email and phone calls while maintaining relations with existing clients
- Communicate and coordinate with various departments and other businesses
- Record and organize meeting notes
- Prepare company presentations and reports
- Perform other projects/duties as assigned


You are expected to have:
- 5+ years of executive assistance experience
- Excellent communication and writing skills in both Mandarin Chinese and English
- Ability to create slideshows, spreadsheets, and documents effectively
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Time management and problem-solving skills
