Job Description
Regional Sales 直接負責確保我們的產品解決方案超出客戶的期望。我們需要幫助客戶簡化 IT 挑戰,提供即時、簡潔、專業的產品方案是我們最重要的責任。作為Regional Sales,您需具備即時的產品洞察力,與我們的團隊密切合作,制定 Synology 解決方案,並確保客戶獲得滿意的採購到使用體驗
你將協助我們:
- 客戶開發、教育訓練與經營客戶關係,維繫重點客戶與夥伴關係
- 向客戶簡報產品特色,提供技術諮詢與整體解決方案規劃
- 每日專案進度回報、審核及追蹤
- 收集和編譯用戶的反饋
- 與產品經理及技術開發團隊合作,以滿足客戶的需求
- 產品售前規劃、舉辦客戶端產品教育訓練、售後協調服務
- 其他主管交辦事項
Requirements
我們期待你具備:
- 1年以上IT相關產品銷售經驗
- 網絡基礎知識(NAT、VLAN、DNS、DHCP等)
- RAID 基礎知識(RAID類型)
- 具備數據存儲和網絡技術的熱情
- 工作地點以新竹(遠端)辦公為主,定期至台北總部受訓、開例行會議
加分條件:
- 具外商業務工作經驗 3 年以上
- 具伺服器、儲存設備與經銷商管理經驗尤佳
- 具 IT 職務經驗者尤佳
