Job Description
硬體測試團隊是一群年輕、熱情具有創造力並且互助合作的夥伴。通過對硬體及儲存裝置進行完整深入的了解，設計並進行各種面向之測試，來確保其符合硬體設計規格及良好的相容性標準；為了進一步提供穩定的軟體運行平台，需專注於功能測試計畫的設計與執行，並開發多樣性組合之相容性測試，透過自動化技術解決長時間且大規模的壓力測試工作。準確記錄發現的問題並提出有效的比對分析，與軟、硬體研發單位及生產團隊密切合作，相互協助一起解決問題。整合軟硬體進而達成優質出眾的產品品質是我們的宗旨，我們在持續努力中不斷成長，期待能夠與有著相同信念的夥伴攜手前進。
你將協助我們：
- 主導與規劃測試計畫並執行
- 測試硬體功能、裝置相容性、平台效能、機器壓力承載等
- 分析測試資料、釐清問題、提出功能改善建議，並撰寫測試報告
- 建立與維護測試環境 (如網路佈署、高溫及電量測試)
- 持續改善測試方法 (包含撰寫測試程式、研究測試工具等)
- 與軟、硬體研發團隊和產品經理即時溝通，了解產品架構及設計精神，提供有效的回饋及意見
- 了解及發掘客戶端問題，回報產品意見並協助重現問題與修復
- 開發自動化協助團隊改善工作流程
Requirements
我們期待你具備：
- 對伺服器周邊硬體有基礎認識 ，喜歡接觸時下最新科技，對硬體檢測有興趣
- 充滿好奇心和敏銳觀察力，能發現潛在問題並勇於提出自己的想法
- 了解程式基本架構，並有撰寫程式經驗與熱枕，熟悉 Shell / Python 語法尤佳
- 願意與人溝通及分享，有良好的適應力，接受多元工作彈性調配
加分條件：
- 熟悉 Linux 系統操作或網路架構
- 具電子、資訊類相關學經歷
- 具硬體知識 (相關傳輸介面、記憶體、網路硬體概念 … )
- 熟悉硬體平台與儲存裝置規格及運作方式 (如開機流程、裝置用途特性 …)
- 具備電腦/機架伺服器拆組裝經驗者尤佳
