Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
-Troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing clear solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
-Gather and organize user feedback with attention to detail.
-Identify and recognize emerging issue patterns.

Work Schedule:
-This role involves varied shift patterns, including both afternoon and night rotations.

What you need
-Languages: You should be good in English and Mandarin.
-Love for Tech: You have strong interest in learning about data storage and network tech.
-Eager to Learn: You're always ready to pick up new tech stuff.
