While the bulk of B2C markets may be driven through marketing efforts, B2B is a whole different world, requiring the expertise and careful handling by Synology’s Sales Team. Building trust, reputation, and close working ties with local partners is a key ingredient to delivering results.

Job Description

As an expansion of our sales team, we are seeking individuals who possess an intricate understanding of B2B operations, complemented by a strong IT background. Your role will revolve around a comprehensive understanding of Synology's products and solutions, enterprise market development, managing customer relationships, and collaborating to devise a mutually beneficial sales ecosystem.
This position offers the flexibility to work remotely from any location within Australia or New Zealand.

You will:
- Cultivate and manage relationships with enterprise and corporate clients
- Develop and execute regional growth strategies to meet sales objectives
- Spearhead pre-sales planning for products and solutions and coordinate post-sales services
- Deliver regular reports, reviews, and tracking of business and project progress
- Analyze project requirements and handle quotation-related affairs
- Organize and communicate customer feedback and market insights to product marketing and development teams


You are expected to have:
- 3 years of sales experience working with business/enterprise customers
- Excellent communication skills and business acumen
- Professional proficiency in English
- A proactive approach with a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work remotely, with occasional travels to attend in-person training and meetings at our Taipei headquarters
- Capability to conduct regular client visits throughout Australia and New Zealand, e.g. having a valid driver's license is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering or business-related field

We're targeting candidates with:
- Experience or proficiency with IT equipment, such as servers, storage systems, and/or backup solutions
- Experience in public speaking
