而保固服務部門提供客戶購置產品後保固期內完整的 RMA 服務,從最初的檢測、維修,到整新包裝完成產出良品,每一個環節當中我們都必須確保提供給客戶良品的品質以及可靠性
Job Description
協助將售出後因硬體功能異常返修的產品重新產製為 RMA 良品:
- 故障檢測及維修:協助工程師針對返修產品進行第一道快速故障排査,並經完善的測試流程以確保產品品質
- 組裝整新:協助將已完成維修測試之產品主機板,依其機種類別分別安裝搭配之機殼零組件,並重新整理包裝,成為提供給客戶之 RMA 良品

Requirements
我們期待你具備
- 工程相關科系之學歷背景,電機/電子/資訊工程相關科系尤佳
- 認真負責、做事細心、配合度高、主動積極
- 電腦組裝、測試及故障排除能力尤佳
- 熟悉電烙鐵手工焊接尤佳
加分條件
- 每週能上班4天以上(每日7~8小時)
- 大專理工科系之夜間部在校生尤佳
- 具備電腦/伺服器拆組裝經驗者尤佳
