你將協助我們:
- 軟硬體資產維護與管理
硬體含 PC, Mac, HDD, SSD, Router…等
軟體含 Windows, Office, Mail Client, ERP…等
- Helpdesk
解決同仁的軟硬體疑難雜症
新進同仁的電腦設備安裝
無線網路維護
簡易網路與VPN設定
印表機設定
- 文件維護
製作各式 SOP,簡化繁瑣的問答流程
更新文件,避免資訊過期
- 協助其他 IT 同事及完成主管交辦事項
Requirements
我們期待你具備:
- 對電腦和網路具一定程度了解,有助於完成任務
- 具備工作熱忱、良好溝通能力與耐心
- 電腦軟硬體故障排除與設備資安升級
- 了解程式基本架構,並有撰寫程式經驗與熱忱,熟悉 Shell/Python 語法尤佳
加分條件:
- 認真、配合度高、溝通能力佳、企圖心強,並有強烈學習意願
- 善於思考如何運用資源來優化工作流程
- 具參與軟體社群活動經驗
- 具使用開源軟體經驗
