Building trust, reputation, and close working ties with local partners is a key to delivering great results.

Job Description

As Synology rapidly expands in Vietnam, we are looking for multi-tasking experts that can help us drive results in local markets. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be working with other sales and marketing team members to create plans that maximize results. At the same time, you’ll be working with channel partners to build a strong network and develop potential customers.

You will:
- Develop potential business customers and expand market share in Vietnam
- Regularly visit local channel partners and maintain good customer relationships
- Ensure increasing adoption of Synology solutions and design go-to-market strategy by engaging with business customers and channel partners
- Create strategic business development plans for target market segments and ensure that these plans drive better results or outcomes
- Develop business in Vietnam, including product analysis and presentations, pre-sales consulting, project management, and channel promotions


You are expected to have:
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English
- Intermediate in Mandarin or above
- A computer science or business-related degree
- Ability to be an efficient team player and an independent thinker
- Ability to think critically and work proactively
- Good negotiation and social skills

We're targeting candidates with:
- Public speaking experience
- MIS / IT background or industry knowledge
- Minimum of 2 years of IT sales or channel sales experience is a plus
